A bunch of Yamasa students helped pull a cart/float thing for a festival here in Okazaki.

We pulled that cart around, and frequently stopped, where they would deploy the stage, and these little girls would dance:

That is money wrapped in paper that they are tossing on the stage.

No need to close the road, just hold a rope around the people pulling the cart, and the drivers will figure it out…
